Graphite cotton gland packing is a replacement for the old traditional packing rope. The cotton material is impregnated with graphite and provides good long term seal solutions on most applications.
Graphite cotton gland packing must be regularly lubricated with quality water resistant grease, such as Ramonol White Lithium Grease or Morris K99 Grease.
