SureSeal

The SureSeal™ is considered to be the market leader in dripless propeller shaft sealing systems and is standard fit on the majority of production built pleasure and commercial craft built in the USA and Europe. Manufactured for shaft diameters of 1.375” to 8” / 35mm to 200mm and suitable for a wide range of shaft speeds and ambient operating temperatures. The SureSeal is simple to install and maintain.

All components are non-corrosive and inert to electrolysis and have no moving parts to create a ‘snag risk’ in the engine room. A pressurised cooling water supply is required to lubricate the lip seal and alignment bearing in the seal head.

With American Bureau of Shipping Type Approval and a worldwide warranty of 2 years / 2500 engine hours (whichever comes first), along with the benefit of being able to replace a damaged or worn out lip seal with the boat afloat using the optional Spare Seal Carrier Kit, these shaft seals are suitable for new build and retrofit applications.
